We undertook a complete redesign of the UTrade web presence. The new site was built with a premium dark-mode aesthetic — communicating the seriousness and sophistication of a professional trading platform. We redesigned the entire user onboarding flow, simplifying the account opening process from 14 steps to 6 with real-time validation and progress indicators. We integrated animated data visualizations, a live market ticker, and a comprehensive platform comparison section. Page speed was optimized through image compression, lazy loading, and CDN implementation — reducing load time from 8.3 seconds to 1.1 seconds.
